Policies
Cancellation Policy-
You must contact YFPS (Your Family Pet Sitter) at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be returned. If you cancel less than 48 hours, you will receive a 20% refund.
Free Consultation-
A one-time free consultation will be provided for new clients who want to determine if YFPS is a good fit for their family. This includes a 30-minute of meet & greet at pet parent's home.
Payment Policy-
Payment must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the position. If the position is reoccurring, payment will be accepted in full at the end of the work week.
