What is our Payment and  Cancellation Policy?

Payments:

Dog walks-payment can be made at the end of each week

Cat and Dog visits-payment is made in full before the start date

Overnight care-payment is made in full before the start date

 

I accept Venmo, PayPal, check, and cash

 

Cancellation Policy:

 Sometimes we need to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and that's why I like to give all my clients one free pass on their first cancellation. 

 

Moving forward, cancellation fees will be applied as such:

Overnight and boarding clients: 

-less than 24 hour cancellations-payment due in full

-less than 10 day cancellations-50% charge will be made of the booked reservation

-More than 10 day cancellation notice-No charge

 

Dog walking and pet visit cancellations:

 

If you cancel the walk/visit before your pet sitter/walker has arrived there is no charge. However, if you cancel the walk when walker is in route or has arrived at your house but you forgot to cancel, payment is due in full.

 

We try to be as understanding as we can but please note that when we book a reservation, we are turning other requests away. Reasonable advance notice for cancelations allows for us to book other clients.
